![]() The buggy feels a bit uncomfortable if you just sit in it and the back rest feels low, however once you take it out of the living room, start using it, with the kite, in an open space, any thoughts of uncomfortableness soon disappear and are replaced with, "ooh baby where have you been all my life." I soon learnt how to fall out of it, and it must be strong as it flipped right across my body and didn't even break, Ground clearance was good and not far to fall when you have the " OBE'. I've never had service like that before anywhere.īack to the buggy, with the new spacers fitted it was time to play. ![]() Half hour later the shop I brought the flexi from also phoned to make sure everything was ok. It was too late to phone the shop but I tried anyway, they were still there and gave me flexi's direct number but alas Flexi was closed, so I posted an email.ĩam the following day Flexi (Matt) was straight on the phone, This had "never happened before" he was very apologetic and would pop two correctly sized spacers in the post. The three tyres come deflated, this probably took the longest to sort out, as I had to leave my living room and venture out to my congested garaged for my little air compressor, the back two wheels went on fine, then disaster struck, on assembly of the front wheel to the frame the spacers on the front axle bolt where the wrong ones, they were too big. On assembly you could see the quality of the product, the welding was sound all around the joints and it was so shiny. The buggy comes "flat packed" Simple instructions, 2 adjustable spanners and about 10 bolts, assembly was fairly straight forward, the most complicated part was putting the seat on and once I put that the right way up even that was easy. Having watched "Dom" in the morning I decided I wasn't going to pay the retail price and did a load of haggling and got quite a bit of discount and next day delivery, courtesy of Edgeriders. I needed a buggy that was cheap, but that would last, oh dear the two don't go together, speaking to some bods and reading the reviews it had to be the flexi, eBay was searched but they were all holding their price so I decided to go brand new. I've recently started kiting and thought I'd give the local playing fields a bash, I started with a Beamer TSR 2.5 and then brought a second hand Beamer II 5m, I was the only static flyer, around me in the park was a motley crew of buggiers' and boarders, tearing up and down the grass, now I thought I was having fun but moving along looked far better, the buggies looked the least painful and I wanted one, I wanted one right now.
